The model guides on this site help you compare MacBook families. They are not live offers. Product photos in those guides are illustrations, not shots of a specific laptop for sale. When a device appears under Current inventory, we still confirm it is available when you write to us. Listing photos may be conceptual until we send pictures of the exact unit.

Your inquiry is a conversation

Reaching out does not place an order, take a payment, or hold a device. We only reserve a MacBook after we confirm that with you in writing. There is no online checkout on this website.

Before you pay

Ask us to double-check these for the exact laptop you want:

• Model, year, chip, memory, storage, and software needs.
• Real photos, cosmetic condition, battery details, and any known faults or repairs.
• What is included, the total price (tax, shipping if any, and the optional $99 Ezer Warranty), and how payment works.
• Local pickup or 2-day insured delivery, with timing confirmed.
• The 7-day return window and which warranty option you want.

Returns

If your MacBook is not what you expected, you can send it back for a full refund within 7 days of receiving it. Please return it in the same condition, with the accessories we included. Email info@ezertech.shop first so we can share return instructions. After we get the laptop back and check it, we refund the purchase price in full. You cover return shipping unless we sent the wrong item or something undisclosed was wrong when it arrived.

Included support warranty

Every purchase includes a free 30-day Ezer Support Warranty. That month covers setup questions and repair or replacement if a hardware issue shows up in normal use and was not disclosed when you bought it. Write us with your purchase reference and a short description of the problem. We will tell you next steps before anything is shipped back.

Optional Ezer Warranty ($99 / 1 year)

Want longer coverage? Add a 1-year Ezer Warranty for $99 when you buy, or within the first 7 days. It runs for one year from your purchase date and is available even if the device’s original manufacturer warranty has expired. If a covered hardware fault appears, we repair it or replace the laptop with a comparable one. The $99 fee is not refundable once that optional year starts, except where the law says otherwise.

Neither warranty covers:

• Accidents, drops, liquid damage, or misuse after delivery.
• Repairs or parts we did not approve.
• Everyday cosmetic wear, normal battery aging, or software issues that are not a hardware failure.
• Lost, stolen, or unreturned devices.

These are Ezer TECH warranties from an independent reseller. They sit alongside any Apple or manufacturer coverage that may still apply. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the law.

2-day insured delivery

We offer 2-day insured delivery for your Mac. Send us your delivery address or ZIP code with your inquiry. Before you pay, we confirm the delivery charge, dispatch timing, and expected arrival date for your address.

Local pickup and payments

We are based in California. Please confirm a pickup spot and time with us before you drive over. We’ll confirm payment arrangements directly with you. Do not put card numbers or other payment details in an inquiry message.

Ezer TECH sells pre-owned MacBooks on our own. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc. When we say Apple or MacBook, we are naming the product, not claiming Apple certification or an Apple warranty.
