Information you choose to share

Our inquiry form asks for your name, email address, model interest, and message. Please do not include payment card details, passwords, government identification, or other sensitive information.

When the form says “Prepare my email,” the message is prepared in your browser. Ezer TECH receives it only if you send it using your email service. The “Copy message” button writes the prepared message to your clipboard only when you click it. We do not save form drafts in browser storage.

If direct sending is enabled, the form says “Send my inquiry” and sends those details to Ezer TECH through our website and email delivery provider, Resend. Our business email is handled through Microsoft 365.

Why the information is used

We use inquiry details to answer questions, discuss device availability, and continue the conversation you requested. This website does not add you to a marketing mailing list, create a customer account, or collect payment details.

Website operation and service providers

Vercel hosts this website and may process technical request information, including IP address, browser information, requested pages, and time of access, to deliver and secure the service. Hosting and email providers process information as needed to operate their services. We do not sell inquiry details or share them for behavioral advertising.

Cookies and online tracking

We have not added advertising pixels, third-party analytics, or cross-site tracking scripts to this website. The site does not use browser storage to remember your form entries or model choices. Our service providers may use technical information for service operation and abuse prevention.

We do not track your activity across other websites. Because this website does not perform that tracking, receiving a “Do Not Track” signal does not change its behavior.

Retention and your choices

Messages you send may remain in our business inbox as part of responding to your inquiry or maintaining relevant transaction records. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you shared, email info@ezertech.shop. We may need to verify your request and retain information needed for legal or recordkeeping obligations.

You can browse the website without sending an inquiry. Your email provider has its own privacy practices when you use the email preparation option.
